About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for a creative professional who is confident in a client-facing position and has proven experience leading and running projects from beginning to end. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality design solutions while managing client relationships and guiding projects through all stages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage interior design projects from initial concept through to completion
  • Act as the primary client-facing contact, building strong relationships and managing expectations
  • Understand client requirements and translate them into creative and practical design solutions
  • Develop design concepts, mood boards, space planning, and - detailed documentation
  • Prepare drawings and 3D visualisations
  • Present design proposals to clients and incorporate feedback effectively
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design intent is achieved
  • Mentor and guide junior designers to maintain high design standards
  • Source and specify materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting, FF&E Selections and have an eye for the material selections
Requirements:
  • Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture
  • Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong client-facing and end-to-end project delivery experience
  • Advanced Revit and AutoCAD skills; proficiency in SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong construction documentation, detailing and joinery capability
  • Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, building codes and regulations
  • Experience coordinating consultants, reviewing shop drawings and resolving site issues
  • Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently
  • Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving and quality control
  • Availability to work full-time from our Melbourne studio
  • Full, unrestricted working rights in Australia

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Revit Documenter to join our Melbourne studio. Working closely with architects, interior designers, consultants, and project leaders, you will be responsible for producing and coordinating high-quality Revit models and construction documentation across a range of projects. This role requires strong technical expertise, exceptional attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of Australian construction documentation standards. You will play a key role in ensuring documentation accuracy, BIM coordination, and compliance throughout project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with the Principal Director, Associate/s and Project Leads to obtain a client brief to determine the type, style and size of the building or the space within the building that is to be designed, built and/or refurbished.
  • Willingness to work on both architecture and interior design projects.
  • Organization of the planning process in terms of design, materials, building times and estimates.
  • Plan projects and ensure that they meet agreed specification, budget and programs.
  • Prepare preliminary drawings and other documentation including sketches and scale drawings.
  • Prepare architectural drawings and specifications for submission to town planning authorities.
  • Prepare working drawings and specifications for use by builders.
  • Assist in the preparation of tender documents and call tenders on behalf of clients.
  • Assist in the consultation of engineers, designers, and other experts to achieve project objectives.
  • Carry out site visits and oversee construction works to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Complete weekly timesheets and be responsible for effective time management
  • Adhere strictly to realistic project deadlines as assigned by the Principal Director and project leads
  • Communicate and delegate tasks within your team, if required.
  • Follow the Hachem filing system
  • Maintain the Revit library
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Architectural Technology, Building Design, or related discipline.
  • 4+ years' experience in architectural documentation, ideally within hospitality projects.
  • Advanced Revit proficiency.
  • Experience with Rhino, Grasshopper, and SketchUp.
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong understanding of Australian building codes, Australian Standards, and NCC requirements.
  • Excellent documentation, detailing, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Full working rights in Australia
Desirable:
  • Experience in luxury hospitality, hotel, resort, or high-end residential projects.
  • Advanced BIM coordination and model management experience.
  • Construction administration or site coordination experience.
  • Experience working within multidisciplinary architecture and interior design teams.
